1. Introduction
Welcome to Prasad Acumeter LLP, the brand owner of Stick Right™. By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms apply to all customers, whether purchasing online, via quotation, or through direct order confirmation.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, technical data, and images are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in color, finish, or material specifications may occur due to production tolerances or supplier changes. Customers are advised to confirm material suitability before purchase.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupee) exclusive of taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment and issuance of an official order acknowledgment.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, product specifications, or availability without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be processed and dispatched as per the agreed schedule. Delivery times may vary based on product type, customisation, and destination. Sometime due to unavailability of raw materials there might be unavoidable delays. In such situations we will inform you of any such delays. We will not be responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the technical nature of our products, returns are accepted only for eligible items under the following conditions:
5.1 Eligible Products
Standard, non-customized products such as A4 Label Sheets, or Digital/Offset Label Sheets may be eligible for return.
Custom constructions, including partial gumming, security labels, tyre labels, or made-to-order rolls with custom widths, are non-returnable once production begins.
5.2 Return Window
Returns for eligible products must be requested within 7 business days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
5.3 Return Process
Contact our Customer Service team via email at support@stickright.co with your order number and reason for return.
Upon approval, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.
Once received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5.4 Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-spec materials
Opened or partially used items
Clearance or discounted items
Items damaged due to improper handling or storage
6. Cancellations
Cancellations for standard products must be made before dispatch. Orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
7. Warranty and Liability
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from delivery. This warranty covers only replacement or credit for defective material and does not include consequential damages or loss arising from usage.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, and materials on this website are the property of Prasad Acumeter LLP and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Telangana, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
